Hotel Amala was a great value for the money - well maintained and a pleasant surprise with the adult amenities. The location was perfect for our visit to Xochimilco and the housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the restaurant service was top-notch, especially the morning waiter.

The staff may not speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring Xochimilco, and it was just a short walk away. it was a pleasurable and enjoyable stay.
